AAHRL stands for the African Associates of Human Resource Leaders and is a professional network specifically for HR Leaders operating in Africa, managed by OML Africa. As a growing network our aim is to strive to be a leading platform for HR professional across sectors in Africa as well as support, develop, connect HR leaders.

We offer a variety of services to our members including; access to a wide range of professional development courses, HR discounted special services and management consultancy services to corporate, not-for-profit and public sector organizations.
